Account Registration

- Single account rule: You may hold only one Account with the Operator for use on griffoncoi.com. Accounts created under different names, email addresses or details, or on sister brands operated by AG Communications Limited (including but not limited to Karamba and MrPlay) may be reviewed collectively for responsible gambling and bonus-abuse purposes.
Registration Process and Verification
- Registration information: When creating an Account, you must provide accurate and complete information, including your legal name, date of birth, residential address, email address and, where requested, your mobile number. You must update this information promptly if it changes.
- Identity and age checks: In line with UK regulations, the Operator will verify your age and identity before you can deposit, wager real funds, access free-play or demo modes, or withdraw any funds. Account Security and Use
- Login credentials: You must keep your username, password and any other security credentials confidential and not share them with any third party. You are responsible for all activity carried out under your Account unless the Operator has failed to employ reasonable security measures.
- Unauthorised access: If you suspect that your Account has been compromised, you must change your password immediately and contact customer support via the Website. The Operator may suspend the Account while investigations are carried out.
- Prohibited use: Accounts may not be used for any unlawful purpose, including fraud, money laundering, collusion, chargeback abuse or bonus abuse. Betting & Gameplay Rules
Placing Bets
- Stake limits: Each game has minimum and maximum stake limits, which are displayed in the game interface or rules. You may place a Bet only if you have sufficient cleared real-money or eligible bonus funds in your Account.
- Bet confirmation: A Bet is considered placed once it has been accepted by the Operator's servers and appears in your game or transaction history. If a Bet is not confirmed due to technical or connectivity issues, it will not be deemed to have been placed.
- Game rules: The rules of each game, including paytables, winning combinations and special features, are provided within the game itself or in a linked information section. In the event of any inconsistency, the rules and RNG settings supplied by the game provider prevail.
Bet Modification, Cancellation and Settlement
- Finality of bets: Once a Bet has been confirmed, you cannot modify or cancel it. Bets are settled based on the final result produced by the underlying game system or live dealer, as recorded by the Operator's systems.
- Technical malfunctions: In the case of a technical malfunction of the Website, game, RNG, communication systems or hardware, all affected Bets may be voided and the stake for such Bets refunded to your Account. Malfunctions of your own equipment or internet connection do not automatically entitle you to a refund.
- Obvious errors: If a Bet is accepted at odds, paytables or conditions that are manifestly incorrect or clearly outside the normal range due to a technical or human error (a "palpable error"), the Operator may void the Bet or settle it at the correct terms that should have applied.
Conduct, Collusion and Fair Play
- Prohibited behaviour: You must not engage in any form of cheating, collusion, exploitation of software bugs, use of automated systems (bots) or any other activity that provides an unfair advantage or undermines game integrity. The same applies across other AG Communications Limited brands such as Karamba and MrPlay.
- Live casino and chat rules: Where chat or messaging features are available (including in live casino rooms), you must behave respectfully. Insults, harassment, hate speech, threats, spam, promotion of other services, or attempts to influence other players' decisions are strictly prohibited.
- Investigation and action: The Operator may review game logs, payment activity and communications to investigate suspected misconduct, may suspend your Account while doing so, and may withhold or void winnings and/or close your Account where cheating, collusion or fraud is reasonably established.
Bonus Terms
Activation and Wagering Requirements
- Bonus allocation: Bonuses and Promotions on Griffon are discretionary and may be granted upon registration, deposit, participation in specific offers or by individual invitation. All Bonuses are subject to these Terms and the detailed rules in the Bonus Policy.
- Wagering obligations: Unless stated otherwise, Bonus funds and any winnings derived from them are subject to wagering requirements that must be met within a specified timeframe (for example, a multiple of the Bonus amount within a fixed number of days). Until the wagering requirements are met, you may not be able to withdraw Bonus funds or associated winnings.
- Expiry: Bonuses, including free spins, may expire if wagering requirements are not completed within the stated period. On expiry, remaining Bonus funds and any winnings generated from them may be removed from your Account.
Game Restrictions and Prohibited Actions
- Game weighting: Different games may contribute differently towards wagering requirements. For example, some slots may contribute 100%, whereas table games, live casino or certain low-risk betting patterns may contribute less or 0%. Details are provided in the Bonus Policy and/or specific promotional terms.
- Excluded games and tactics: Certain games or game types may be excluded from Bonus play. Prohibited betting patterns or strategies, such as placing minimal-risk bets, covering most outcomes, or significantly increasing stake after a win, may be treated as Bonus abuse.
- Multi-brand abuse: Using multiple accounts or multiple AG Communications Limited brands (including Karamba, MrPlay or other sister sites) to gain an unfair promotional advantage, circumvent staking limits or exploit welcome offers is strictly prohibited and may lead to Bonus removal, voided winnings, Account closure and network-wide restrictions.
Combining Promotions and Bonus Abuse
- Non-combination rule: Unless expressly allowed in specific promotional terms, Bonuses and Promotions cannot be combined. You may participate in only one active welcome offer or other primary Promotion at a time.
- Maximum stakes and withdrawals: Promotional terms may impose a maximum stake per spin, hand or bet while wagering a Bonus, as well as caps on the amount of winnings that can be withdrawn from certain free spin or no-deposit offers. Breach of these limits may result in forfeiture of Bonus funds and associated winnings.
- Operator's rights: Where Bonus abuse, irregular play or breach of Bonus terms is suspected, the Operator may remove Bonuses, cancel Bonus-related winnings, restrict eligibility for future Promotions across griffoncoi.com and other AG Communications Limited brands, and, where appropriate, close the Account.
Payments & Withdrawals
Deposit Methods and Limits
- Accepted methods: For UK players, the Operator typically accepts deposits via eligible debit cards, selected e-wallets and bank transfers, as indicated in the cashier section of griffoncoi.com. The use of credit cards for gambling transactions is prohibited under UK law.

Fees, Chargebacks and Refunds

- Chargebacks: You must not seek to revoke, charge back or otherwise reverse a valid transaction. - Refunds of bets and bonuses: Once a Bet has been placed and accepted, it cannot be cancelled by you. Refunds of stakes or restoration of Bonuses will only be made where the Operator is obliged to do so under these Terms (for example, in the case of technical malfunctions or palpable errors) or at the Operator's sole discretion. No refund is due where a loss results from your own error, internet connection issues or non-compliance with these Terms.
Limitation of Liability
Operator's Obligations
- Provision of Services: The Operator will use reasonable skill and care to provide the Services in accordance with these Terms, to maintain accurate records of transactions and game outcomes, and to operate games in a fair and transparent manner using certified random number generators where applicable.
- Accuracy of information: The Operator endeavours to ensure that information, including game rules, paytables and promotional details, is accurate and up to date. However, occasional errors or omissions may occur, and the Operator reserves the right to correct them in accordance with these Terms.
Exclusions and Limitations
- Exclusions: To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Operator is not liable for: (a) loss or damage arising from your failure to comply with these Terms; (b) losses attributable to your hardware, software, network, internet connection or telecommunications failures; (c) indirect, consequential or special losses, including loss of profits, business, data or goodwill; or (d) any acts or omissions of third-party service providers beyond the Operator's reasonable control.
- Liability cap: In relation to any particular Bet, game or transaction, the Operator's maximum aggregate liability to you (whether in contract, tort or otherwise) is limited to the amount of the stake placed on that Bet or game, or the balance of real-money funds in your Account at the time of the relevant event, whichever is lower.
- Non-excludable rights: Nothing in these Terms limits or excludes liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited under the laws of England and Wales and applicable UK consumer protection legislation.

Restrictions

- No reverse engineering: You must not attempt to decompile, reverse engineer or otherwise access the source code of the Website or any associated software, nor interfere with or circumvent security features or technical measures designed to protect the Services.
- Third-party content: Some games and content are provided by third-party suppliers under licence. You agree to comply with any additional terms that such licensors may impose, where notified or made available within the relevant games.
Privacy & Data Protection

Termination & Suspension
By the Player
- Account closure: You may request closure of your Account at any time via the account settings or by contacting customer support. Closure will not affect any rights or obligations that have already accrued.
- Self-exclusion: You may request self-exclusion from griffoncoi.com for defined periods, and you may also register with GAMSTOP to self-exclude across all participating UK-licensed operators, including other AG Communications Limited brands such as Karamba and MrPlay. During self-exclusion, you must not attempt to open new accounts or circumvent restrictions.
By the Operator
- Suspension and investigation: The Operator may temporarily suspend your Account and/or withhold funds where there is reason to suspect breach of these Terms, fraud, money laundering, problem gambling concerns, chargeback risk, Bonus abuse, use of multiple accounts or other irregular activity (including related conduct on sister brands).
- Termination: The Operator may close your Account on reasonable grounds, including but not limited to serious or repeated breach of these Terms, provision of false information, failure to complete required verification checks, aggressive or abusive behaviour towards staff or other players, or regulatory requirements, including a GamStop match.
- Effect on funds: Upon closure, any remaining real-money balance, less any amounts properly withheld under these Terms or required to be withheld by law or regulation, will be returned to you using an appropriate Payment Method. Winnings and Bonuses obtained in breach of these Terms may be voided.
Governing Law & Jurisdiction

- Court jurisdiction: Subject to the ADR process set out above, the courts of England and Wales will have non-exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising from or in connection with these Terms or your use of the Services.
